Since December 2007, the United States has been hit hard by this “Great Recession.” Although the recession is said to be over, the nation has still not recovered. In the past 18 months the U.S. has lost over 3 million private sector jobs and Colorado 50 thousand jobs.

This has left many wondering when the jobs will return. At the Econ 435 Forecasting luncheon, Colorado State University Economics undergraduates discussed with the community where Colorado’s employment may be heading in 2011.
