.My name is Paula-Leone,  a PhD candidate in Economics at Colorado State University. My research focuses on global finance and its impact on the financial fragility of emerging and developing economies. My interests lie in the political economy and development approaches of Caribbean states, international trade and finance, and feminist studies. I hold a Master of Arts degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science from the University of the West Indies. In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts, reading, photography and spending time with  family.
