ESLC is the undergraduate student voice in the Economics Department.
The mission of the Economics Student Leadership Council (ESLC) is to provide leadership and support of engagement activities for Economics majors and minors. Student members participate in the planning and implementation of ESLC programs and events with the support of a faculty Advisor.
Membership is typically for one academic year (August – May), though a student may apply to serve just one semester or to continue their membership into multiple years.
To apply to become a member of ESLC, a student must:
- Be an Economics major or minor
- Commit to attending monthly organizational meetings
- Commit to attending all major ESLC events (2-3 per semester)
To apply to become a member of the 2021-2022 ESLC, please email Professor Steven Shulman.
