I help tell the story of CSU's Department of Economics, including purposeful learning, impactful scholarship, and meaningful community engagement. As a part of the College of Liberal Arts, our stories are rooted firmly among disciplines that seek to better understand the human experience.

Before moving to Fort Collins, I lived in Des Moines, Iowa, where I worked in communications for a large health care organization.  I also moonlighted as an adjunct composition instructor at Des Moines Area Community College from 2013-2019.

Outside of my professional role, I am currently a master's student in the Department of Communication Studies, studying feminist organizational communication. I enjoy resetting by reading for pleasure, hiking, bowling, baking, and binge-streaming an absurd amount of television.
